The expert arrived with everything we needed and went right to work. He examined the battery, described the problem in layman's words and helped me get my car started again. I’m not going to say I felt like I was being taken advantage of, which is something I constantly worry about in these situations. He also advised me how to avoid the similar problem in future. The entire exchange seemed genuine and direct. I liked that he stayed a few more minutes to make sure everything was okay before he left. It made a tense situation feel doable. It is good to know that they also provide auto towing and roadside assistance and I know I can rely on them if something else happens.
